Discover your client data card

You have synchronized customer, contact, and transaction data from your accounting solution into your Clearnox account. You can now access this information directly in your Clearnox tool.

Search for a customer using the search module or select a customer from the various pages in your Clearnox tool. The customer record displays all the essential information about the selected customer:

The customer record consists of the following elements:

• Consolidated balance: displayed only if you have access to multiple companies and the customer is present in more than one company.

• Customer balance: total outstanding amount, including overdue and future, as well as the paid amount.

• General information: name, customer code, postal address, email, etc.

• Activity: information related to customer follow-up. This section also contains an editable note.
