You use your Clearnox solution to have complete visibility of your clients' outstanding balances and to follow up effectively. Therefore, it is essential to have up-to-date data from your accounting software.
Clearnox allows you to automatically synchronize your accounting data without manual intervention, at a time that best fits your internal processes, scheduled tasks on your servers, time zone, etc.
Scheduling synchronizations is highly recommended when there is a large volume of data to synchronize. Configure these synchronizations during times when the tool is not in use (e.g., at night).
How to schedule your data synchronizations?
As an account administrator, go to the Configure > Scheduled Synchronizations page.
You will see the synchronization times that have already been configured.
You can modify or delete existing slots using the icons in the "Actions" column.
To add a synchronization slot, click on the "Add Synchronization Slot" button at the top right of the page.
A pop-up window will open.
Synchronization Time: Choose the slot that works best for you.
Available Synchronization Days: Choose the desired day(s).
Save your settings and check that your data is synchronized at the configured time slots and days!
Note: - If you wish to add additional synchronization slots to your account, please contact Clearnox support. - If you synchronize your data in Clearnox via manual file import, scheduling synchronizations is not compatible with this method of data synchronization.
