Consult the activity overview of a customer

The "Activity" block provides a concise overview of the reminder status of your clients. 

Here are the key indicators of this block: 

• Highest reminder level sent to the client 

• Upcoming activities: categorized by type

  • Notification: number of days before the next due date

  • Reminder: number of days overdue

  • Thank you: number of days since the last payment

• Past reminders: categorized by type 

  • Notification: sending date

  • Reminder: number of reminder actions and date of the last action

  • Thank you: sending date

In the header of this block, there is a "Activity History" button that allows access to the list of all reminders sent to the client from the Follow > Activities page.
